The product is hard to put togther and some holes that are used to inserts screws needed to be redrilled. The visitor score was not working and we were referred to the manufacturer to get the replacement. Calls were returned from the manufacturer about 72 hours later and they sent the wrong product twice, so needless to say we waited about 3-4 weeks to get a replacement product. The game is fun once we got through all this.

On arrival the blower unit was not working. Manufacturer sent out a new unit which took 1 week to arrive. It turned out that the unit was wired wrong during manufacture.

Works great now I have wired it properly.

I just set up the table for the child care center that I operate and I felt a little let down. There were numerous scratches on the table surface. The puck glides fine around the edges, but slows down drastically towards the middle. The kids do love it, but for the cost I expected something other than particle board and an electronic counter that I had to tape into position in order for it to count goals with any accuracy. I would look elsewhere for a high quality table.
