The ball returns are very light duty molded plastic pieces that are 3/4" to short to fit just right. I ended up making a spacer out of 3/4" plywood with a cutout for the ball drop and it worked out well. Everything else fit perfectly.

Delivery came on time with no delay. I use the product often, its good for what it is. First problem was that a few pieces came already put together, however they were set up WRONG and would not fit correctly. As a result, I had to dismantle and put back together. The second problem was that a few places that required screws had NO holes. These two problems are not a big deal if you have a power drill but if you don't good luck. All these issues were easily resolved. The Foosball table is working great and I enjoy it very much.

Arrived on time. Only took one person (me) to assemble it in an afternoon. No missing parts. Clear instructions (except for pointing out the required slope on the all return - minor issue). Nice and sturdy.

The building instructions were poorly written and some screws were stripping during installation. Other than that, it plays well

After a lot of research we went with this table for our gameroom. The table looks sharp and works well and compared to other costs came at a good value. It was a bit challenging to put together. Sliding the "field" on was a nightmare, but we were able to do it after improvising, which you'll need to do on occassion. A few pieces came damaged, but it was minor and easy to work around.
In the end it works well and we're having a blast.

A little difficult assembling it. You need two people or you may damage something. Item is well built and we have had a good time with it. I would recommend this item to a friend or family member, especially for the price.

Bent bars, preassembled men facing different directions. Scratched surfaces. Poor build design and quality. What I would expect out of a table that cost half as much. Hayneedle was good and shipping fast.
