Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please use the form inside your original carton for specific instructions. If you did not receive a form or experienced delivery issues including damage, please call our Customer Care Center for support at 1-866-783-2849. Customer Care specialists are available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST) Saturday and Sunday.

Directions:

  • Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton to avoid damage in transit.
  • Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return.
  • Please use Fed Ex or UPS for the exchange or return of your item and retain the tracking number for future reference.

  • Please note all exchanges or returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of your original receipt of the item(s).

    Please allow 10-14 business days for processing after NetShops receives your return. If your original purchase was by credit card, PayPal™, Google Checkout™, or Bill Me Later™, your returned merchandise will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent to you. If you paid by gift certificate, you will receive a merchandise credit.

    Original delivery charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Please note your item(s) may be subject to a re-stocking fee as defined under the Return and Exchange Policy found on the product description page.
